At Clementechs, we strive to provide high-quality SaaS solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
1. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly Subscription: Refunds are not available for monthly plans once payment has been processed. However, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Annual & Long-Term Subscriptions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available upon request.
- After 7 days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered at our discretion, minus processing fees.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Service downtime exceeding 72 hours due to our system failure.
- Major technical issues that prevent software functionality, and our team is unable to resolve them.
- Accidental duplicate payments made by the user.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or unused subscription time.
- Failure to use the service due to customer-side technical issues.
- Violation of terms of service or misuse of the platform.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to kasunclement12345@gmail.com with your account details & reason.
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, credited back to the original payment method.
